Tips segar bugar di bulan Ramadhan

Arini genap 10 ari kte berpuase..
mesti ada yg letih lesu mcm tisu kann? hehe..
sorry, just kidding..
but me, still fresh ngeee..ngeeeh


 Pada yg rasa lesu smacam tu..


sila2 la baca tips kt bwah ni ekkk..
jgn segan jgn silu... dijamin b'kesan..hhihi


~ WAKTU BERBUKA ~

1.  Mnum segelas air suam or air masak
2. Makan kurma/nasi 
3. then, mnum jus buah-buahan ( klu malas nk buat, beli jer kt kedai )
4. lpas mkn tu pandai2 la gi solat maghrib n terawih yer..
5. After that, baru la mkn kuih muih yg dbeli kt bazar tu ekkk..jgn membazir
 
 6. jgn lupa mnum air masak byk2...

~ WAKTU SAHUR ~ 



1. Lpas bgn tdo tu pi gosok gigi n basuh muka, then mnum 
    segelas air masak/suam.
 2. pstu mkn la nasi ( digalakkan sbb mnyumbang tenaga yg byk )
3. after that, mnum 2 gelas air masak. Air masak lg, haruslah.... klu mnum yg manis2 cnfirm dahaga la time puasa tu..

Demikian la tips utk ari ni..hehe, cuba la. klu x cuba xtau, ye dop?





* p/s : Digalakkan mnum air masak byk2 utk mengelakkan dahaga ketika berpuasa. tips ni jgk bagus utk ibu2 yg breastfeeding mcm akak ni dik non yer...SELAMAT MENCUBA & SELAMAT BERPUASA..
